Armanis FC vs SCC Tigers - 17 Oct 2010
Guys, a short match report on our Div 1 games when i visit the Dempsey Field after our training game.
A beautiful weather on the pitch itself and the remaining times left of theirs previous game ended SCC won 1-0. Armanis kept theirs pressure on those Giants SCC players. Much opportunity and chances was given to Armanis but they couldnt get the ball in as the reserve SCC keeper was in his top form to stop every ball inside theirs net. SCC had to struggle off with changes and subs to keep in pace with Armanis and they do it righfully to keep the scoreline at theirs favor. SCC 1-0.
Finally, last game for both team as Armanis need a win in order to be runner-up of Div 1 to beat Tusser in goals difference. Guys, let keep our fingers cross and hope for the best as I am the only ones to give our Guys the GOOD or BAD new....Cheers.
Kickoff after a 10min rest as for both team as the sky turning dark soon and the Referee waste no time to kickoff quickly and he too had a good game in the first game. Playing both theirs favorite formation....Armanis FC was the team that gave SCC is very hard first half as they cruised thru so many one on one with the SCC Keeper and theirs defenders....but SCC keeper giving all his best to save every balls and truly...he deserved the Man of the Match above everyones. SCC defending with theirs heights and Strong body...to clear off every strikes from our locals boys...and every chances of the ball going in was clearly saved by the on form keeper....surely that is not the reserve...but is true that the first choice keeper is not available. Our Armanis also missing few regulars due to red carded and if not...i think this will be a different game.
In the end...the winning team goes to SCC Tigers and they take theirs one chance very well with a corner kick and beautifully placed the ball into Armanis's net. The SCC manager proudly said to everyones in the field that they practise this moves everytimes in the training games and that really said the goal. Our locals boys do theirs very best but were outplay in the last 10mins where players get injuries and the shape of the team goes Hays...final whistle....goes to SCC Tigers as they are Champion of Div 1 with only a lost...to us. However, the paces of the game is frantastic and we could really see Division 1 teams is almost playing like Pros...good team works and good individuals skill player. Nothing is finishes until the final whistle and none of the teams would want to throw theirs towel in for a fight in this Espzen league.
Tusser would like to congratulate SCC Tigers being crowned Champion of Division 1 and also to Armanis FC that you Guys really give them a real football game to remember. Till next season 14, Tusser will surely give our Rivals a good game.
