Tough, Challenging and Patient is my tools in managing this club/teams.....utmost having gone thru those days of getting every players from a small groups into a Dream team. Is so hard in dealing with player's characters and feeling. However, I feels so good when the team able to get together as a whole. Really thankful to all of YOU in helping me. Lots of satisfaction in Me to see players improving and also growing up in every games and years.
Every player's have theirs own commitments such as families and works...they make so much sacrify to be with the team and play theirs heart for every teammates. Not forgetting, the credit should go to theirs loves ones for being so supportive in theirs roles in the team. I thanks so much to theirs families, wives and galfriend for being so patient and supportive with their MEN.
My Birthday Wish will be for Tusser - Be Successful in more years to come and Champion in AFL league as we all work so hard for it. Also to every Player's families.....a Happy Chinese Year and be everyones with GOOD Healths and Wealths in many years to come.....let strives together.......Cheers Tusser Ranger.
