Singapore Marathon 2007

Tusser wishes our Players that participate in this annual SCB Marathon this coming Sunday and we are proud of you that we are one of the representatives fm our Club. However, certain safety issues that you needs to know before the RUN.

1. Are you feeling tired after watchin EPL game on Saturday?
2.Are you drinking enuff water nite before the run?
3.Are you feeling lousy when you woke up in the morning?
4.Are you confident that you able to complete the 42km runs?
5.What is you objectives of this run? Social or Competition?
6.Have you prepare your stomach with a right meal before the runs?

Important note: Do not Force yourself to the extreme limits....take the run as a form of morning jogs. Allow your body & fitness to do the talking....and if you feeling tired and lousy after the runs...consult the medical team or do a good rub down to ease your muscles. Again, never force yourself to the extreme...the team and your family needs YOU.
